During INSET we looked at the importance of caring for one self (self respect, healthy lifestyles, self esteem, etc), others (near and far) as well as our environment. We asked staff to give their personal view how care is cultivated at Hope Academy and ways we could better cultivate aspects of care. We will use this to inform our action plan.
